The whole ad is greatly exaggerated, I am not talking about the reach but the story it shows. This story is about Khali, An Indian WWE fighter who talks about the battle he has to face at home covered in multiple shots of his house unwillingly being destroyed because of his strength. It could be a problem for Khali in real life too but we all know how reel life feels about exaggeration. Its hilarious too. Thats the main part of this ad, it starts with khali saying how strong he is but he always feels sad because he cannot be at peace in his own house and its all because of his strength, oh! poor soul. Anyway his maasi is a life saver since she suggested Ambuja Cement to khali and finally he can sit on an actual western toilet, which could’ve been an interesting shot if you ask me. Like i said this ad plays around in multiple shots to entertain its viewers from khali falling from the floor above to him breaking the wall while just resting his body weight on it the ad narrows it all down to khali being impossible to stop, but Ambuja cement can handle his weight.
This nicely done ad is the brain child of Ayappa. He is the director of this advertisement, Along with the creative agency Publicis south asia this ad made each and every viewer laugh out loud. You can rarely laugh at someone that big and when that person is in on it, then it just gets funnier.
